6 weeks, 3 workouts per week, 10 minutes per workout.

This is designed for postpartum athletes (6-8+ months) who have built a solid foundation and have minimal symptoms in the gym, or have learned and developed strategies to manage symptoms.

Accessory work and drills targeted at building core strength with a focus on gymnastics positions and bar movements. Includes mobility, breathwork, scaling options, messaging support, and movement video review.

WHO IS THIS FOR?
Well, I wrote it for me. But then decided to offer it up to the community and build some accountability :) I'll be right there with you doing the workouts each week. This is designed for postpartum athletes who have built a solid foundation and have minimal postpartum symptoms, or are able to manage their symptoms. Generally, 8-12+ months postpartum.
WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?
Access to a pullup bar is ideal, some dbs or kbs, and resistance bands. Not all workouts will need a bar, 1-2 workouts each week may be able to be completed with minimal equipment at home.

Programming is delivered via TrueCoach app, where you will have messaging access to me. You can also send videos for review and get movement analysis & cues.
