Pregnancy & Postpartum

$45 - 6 WEEK PROGRAM

Core & More

6 Weeks, 3 workouts/week, 10 min workouts.

Program is focused on building consistency and strength in movements commonly seen in the CrossFit gym.  This is for postpartum athletes who have built a solid foundation (6+months postpartum typically) and are looking to build capacity in toes to bar, chest to bar, wall walks, and other body weight movements.

​

The program includes accessory work & drills, with a heavy focus on core strength in gymnastics positions and bar movements.

​

Includes breath work strategies, messaging support, movement video review, and scaling options.  

​

All provided via the TrueCoach app.

Remote training and coaching program incorporating core rehab, pelvic floor considerations, and strategies to help reintegrate you with your community while progressing you through those first few months of postpartum exercise at a speed appropriate for you.

$15/MONTH

Posterior & Posture: For the Pregnant Athlete

A 3 day a week progressive program focusing on building strength on your backside.  15 Minute workouts that can be done in a standard CF gym or with limited equipment at home.  This program takes into consideration core and pelvic core considerations during pregnancy and includes exercise to help implement breathing strategies into your workouts.

Exercise demo library provided, as well as integrated breathing exercises.
