Posterior & Posture: For the Pregnant Athlete
A 3 day a week progressive program focusing on building strength on your backside. 15 Minute workouts that can be done in a standard CF gym or with limited equipment at home. This program takes into consideration core and pelvic core considerations during pregnancy and includes exercise to help implement breathing strategies into your workouts.

Exercise demo library provided, as well as integrated breathing exercises.

12 Week remote training and coaching program incorporating core rehab, pelvic floor considerations, and strategies to help reintegrate you with your community while progressing you through those first few months of postpartum exercise at a speed appropriate for you.

Strong at Home Moms
3x/week limited equipment workouts with warmup taking 30 min or less. Great for busy moms who have limited time or space but want to fit some fitness in.
Recommended equipment: Set of dumbbells
Additional useful equipment: Kettlebell, jump rope, resistance bands

*this is not pregnancy or postpartum specific, but may be appropriate. If early posptartum (less than 4-6 months) I have other programs I would recommend first.
